Secret Exit

Sandbar clip saves about 12 seconds over the normal strat, however it is a 2 frame trick, and missing it has the potential to kill mario.

👀 Visual Cue: To get sandbar clip, duck, then spinjump when the sandbar is at this height. The two dots in the dirt block on the right make a good visual cue.

👀 Visual Cue: Hold left when the sandbar is at this height to get the room 3 sandbar clip. Like the first sandbar clip, this one is a two frame trick and the punishment for missing it is death.
