95 Exit, No Cape
The wall jump at the end can be attempted for free. Even without hitting it, just hold B to make it over.
Uploader note: even though small Mario is used in 95 exit, fire Mario is used to show how the level is done as fire (easier to jump over certain enemies instead of under).

In 95 Exit, No Cape (In general), you're starting this level small. You can escort the spring at the beginning of the level to get a mushroom after grabbing the goal with it. This can help getting through the second trip in Donut Secret House without worrying about the first boo ring.
Of course, the spring can be ignored in order to complete this level faster.
