There isn't a huge difference in time between these two strats, it generally comes down to runner preference.

Room 2 Fire

This strat makes it easier to get through the second room safely, but is silghtly slower than flying through the room optimally.

Room 3 Fire

This strat is faster when done properly, however it is easier to lose time or cape cancel into a lava pit.
