Spin Flight
This strat is slower than the normal flight, and arguably more difficult.

Rooms 2 & 3
Scroll left at the start of room 2 in order to get through the first 2 pencils more easily.
Not scrolling is faster, but ducking under the pencils is much more difficult.
Magikoopas spawns are RNG and can be very inconsistent.
Be careful not to get doorfly into the boss fight. This is a common mistake among newer runners which almost always results in death.

Fast (One Scroll) Strat
It is possible to get through the turn block walls faster, however it is more likely that magikoopa will spawn in a bad position.

Faster (One Scroll) Strat
The magikoopa doesn't get a bad spawn in the middle section from the first spinjump placement. Normal flying at the end is used to avoid a somewhat common bad magikoopa spawn near the end of the room.

Fastest (Scrolless) Strat
This strat can be mostly consistent, however, the first turn block wall can be finicky and the 2nd from the top turn block will block Mario. If this happens, drop down a bit and regrab A. This also messes up magikoopa's spawn and gives him a bad spawn later on, so be prepared if that happens.

Kaizo Larry
You can try to get a walljump to get into top door as big mario. It is not safe to go top door as small mario since magikoopa is unpredictable.

Ultimate Kaizo Larry (Room 2 P-speed)
This strat was found by SuperiorSone and it saves 2s. It allows us to do room 2 with P-speed. If you don't get bad luck on the turnblock and you get a yellow shell, you have two scenarios. You either kill the magikoopa after grabbing the yellow shell or you don't.
If the magikoopa dies, then you can just run to the door and it should be fine.
If the magikoopa doesn't die, you are at the mercy of its spawns especially around the three pencils. It is very easy to die in front of a bad spawn unfortunatly.
