Wings
Cape spinning the block on the way up reduces lag, but adds the risk of collecting the p-balloon.

Faster Wings
Yoshi can't interact with sprites immediately after landing on him. However, his tongue still can. So throwing yoshi on the correct block and eating the wings will save extra time.
