Rooms 2 & 3
There are many ways to play the second room of this stage, the ones below are ordered by difficulty.
Safe but Slow
This strat is quite slow, but very consistent. It is much faster if you release jump just before bouncing on the third podoboo, however sometimes mario won't hit the podoboo, and releasing jump in this case will cause mario to get hit by the sawblade.

Consistent Strat
This strat is a bit more difficult than the one below, but isn't affected by the inconsistency of the third podoboo.

Faster Strat
This strat makes use of the flight meter to clear the early section just a bit faster. Alternatively, you can also use a spinjump at the start, but you need to spam your cape spin to delay the podoboos at the start.
