If you are not attempting VD1 wings or VD2 clip, or are running No Starworld, simply fly through the stage. Be sure to avoid landing on the moon platform.

In 95 exit, grab fire here in order to kill Morton quickly.

No Cape, No Starworld
If entering the stage as fire mario, grab the star from the roulette block to clear the end of the stage easily.
