It's easier to spinfly to pick up the springboard, but that can result in the vine block getting hit, which causes extra lag. Make sure to jump before hitting the springboard, as hitting it will cause mario to lose p-speed.

To get the dry bones to go to the right, jump out to the right before landing on the last cement block in the vertical climb

Alternate Room 3

Scraping the wall before the jump into the coin block and onto the dry bones gives enough delay to make this strat consistent
