Routes
The route for Lunar Dragon runs are similar to 96 Exit runs. Early Donut Ghost House or Early Green Switch routes are common.
Notable Differences
Forest of Illusion routing will be different because of yoshi clips being banned. The optimal forest route would then be:

Vanilla Ghost House will have different boo ring positions depending on whether Early Donut Secret House route was used.
Donut Plains 1 normal exit and Donut Secret 2 will have different starts depending on whether they are entered before or after special world is completed.
